Glan Conwy crowned Welsh Alliance League Division Two champions

Glan Conwy have won the Welsh Alliance League title after defeating CPD Pwllheli.
The previous week, their promotion was secured after Llannefydd beat Pwllheli. They completed the job at their Llanrwst Road home.
Darren Landers scored a hat-trick, with two goals coming in the second half to earn Conwy the title.
Conwy pipped Blaenau Amateur Ffestiniog to the title, finishing ahead of them by two points.
Mark Orme who will be departing Conwy to join Colwyn Bay as assistant manager next season tweeted: ‘No better way to hang up my boots than that today.
“To win a league with my brother and three of my closest friends, and the boys there to see.”
They were presented with the trophy in front of a bumper crowd.
Two teams go up from the division, meaning despite not winning the league title, Blaenau will be in the Welsh Alliance League Division One next season.
For Conwy, they will be just one division below Colwyn Bay, who play in the same town. The Seasiders will begin life in the Welsh pyramid system in the second tier of Welsh football.
Glad Conwy spent two years in Division Two after being relegated in 2017 after finishing bottom.
They’ve been ever present in the Welsh Alliance in their history.
