Former Pontypridd Town manager Damian Broad has returned to the club, after spending time coaching in China with Manchester City’s International Programme.
Broad guided Ponty to the Welsh League Division Three title last season in triumphant fashion, but departed his position so as to go to coach in China with the Citizens. However, he has now returned to the club.
Broad will work alongside his brother Dominic Broad, who is currently a player/manager at the club. His brother’s return is a timely one for the club after they lost coach Sam Houldsworth to Newport City earlier this week.
Broad will work for Bristol City’s academy along with his duties with Ponty.
